Why every number here carries a date
Sunset moves through the year, tides gate two of the three marinas, and the sea state on the morning decides the rest. A charter planned against a fixed departure time is planned against nothing.
The block is the unit
4h, 8h and 24h. Every other page on this site prices against that basis, so two quotes are always comparable.
What is billed on top is stated up front
Overtime by the hour, Nusa Penida mooring and marine-area fees, chef and menu, berthing and clearance where the route requires it.

Which marina a hull can lie at is the number that decides the booking. Capacity is set by the vessel's certificate, and seated dining always takes materially fewer guests than standing.

Three marinas, three different days
Launch type, tide dependence and the largest class each one can take. Crossing times below are at 18–22 knots in workable sea.
Benoa
Deep-water pontoon berth and the port of entry. All-tide, takes every class up to superyacht. Lembongan 45–55 min, Penida 60–70, Gili passage 5.5–6.0 hrs overnight.
Serangan
Sheltered harbour, all-tide, up to motor yacht. Lembongan 40–50 min, Penida 55–65, Gili passage 5.7–6.2 hrs overnight.
Sanur
Beach and jetty launch, tide-dependent and best in the morning. Day boats only, and no Gili passage. Lembongan 35–45 min, Penida 50–60.
